Counseling
The counseling service is for queer women, lesbians*, intersex, non-binary, transmasculine and transfeminine, and agender people.
It is also for witnesses, close people, family members, and professionals.
The counseling is free.

The hotline helps people who have experienced violence against lesbians* and queer people.
The hotline also helps witnesses.
The hotline is open every Saturday and Sunday, even on holidays.
You can call from 5 to 7 pm.
A call usually lasts 10 to 20 minutes.
Our trained volunteer counselors help with questions about violence.
For example:
- You experienced something and feel overwhelmed.
- You experienced an attack and want to talk.
- You are not sure if you should go to the police.
- You have questions about filing a report.
- You are not sure if it was anti-lesbian* or anti-queer violence.
…Or you have another related topic on your mind.
We offer help:
- We help after experiences of violence.
- We support you with problems caused by queerphobia.
- We help with relationship violence.
- We support you in a crisis.
- We give advice about reporting to the police.
- We give information about other support services.
We give open and sensitive advice.
The counseling is confidential.
The counseling is free.
You can stay anonymous.
We work with these principles:
- We take you seriously.
- We believe you.
- What happened is not your fault.
- The counseling is based on your needs.
The counselors keep your information private.
Personal Counseling
You can have a personal counseling session.
In the session, you can talk about violence against lesbians*.
The counselors support you.
They help you to feel emotionally stronger.
If needed, they can connect you to other services.
Together, you will find strategies.
These strategies help you deal with what happened.

Some people prefer online counseling.
You are not tied to a specific time.
Writing can help you sort your thoughts.
It also gives you some distance from what happened.

Then you get access to a secure area.
Here, you can send messages to the counselors.
You can also read their answers there.
The counseling is anonymous and free.
Messages are read and answered from Monday to Thursday.
If you need help on the weekend, there is a hotline.
The hotline is open every Saturday and Sunday from 5 to 7 pm.
