Personal Counseling
In a personal consultation, you can discuss issues relating to anti-lesbian and anti-queer violence. Our counselors will help you stabilize emotionally and, if necessary, refer you to other services. Together, we will develop strategies to help you deal with what you have experienced.
Open consultation hours:
Every Tuesday from 4 to 6 p.m. at Potsdamer Str. 139.

As our space is limited, we kindly ask you to register in advance by calling 030 215 75 54 or using the contact form.
Consultations are also possible outside these hours and by telephone by appointment. Please contact us using the contact form or call us at the office on 030 215 75 54.
Unfortunately, our premises are not barrier-free. Please contact us if you need anything for your journey or at our premises—we will try to find a solution!
Consultations can be held in spoken German and English, and an interpreter for other languages is also available on request.
Online Counseling
For some people, it is easier to seek advice online because it does not tie them to a specific time. The process of writing can also help to structure thoughts and gain distance from the experience.
Online counseling is provided via our online counseling center. When you create an account, you will have access to a password-protected area where you can send messages to our counselors. You can also view their responses there. Online counseling is anonymous and free of charge.
Messages are read and answered Monday through Thursday. If you need support on the weekend, you can reach our hotline every Saturday and Sunday between 5 and 7 p.m.
